This section discusses the actual laughter session. Laughaway goal is to provide knowledge, presentation, training, and demonstration to understand the laughter and how it can be used to reduce the stress. Most of the sessions will be interactive using the question and answer format. These sessions shall be augmented periodically with inviting the specialist in the field of stress management. Laughaway plans to conduct laughter satisfaction survey after each session to get feedback from the participants for continuous improvements. Typical laughter session includes the following items:
  1. Deep breathing exercises
  2. Mona Lisa smiles to loosen the smiling muscles.
  3. Laughter with chanting OO----EE-----OO---EE
  4. Big and hearty laughter with chanting of Ho Ho----Ha Ha-----.
  5. Greeting laughter i.e. namesta and hand-shake laughter
  6. Silent laughter with mouth wide open
  7. Loud laughter with mouth wide open
  8. Humming laughter with lips closed
  9. Loin laughter
  10. One meter laughter
  11. Argument laughter
  12. Water sprinkler laughter
  13. Dancing laughter
  14. Integrated laughter
  15. Mirror laughter
  16. Ice in your back laughter
